Love Luxy Hair
This hair is the best quality that i can find and affordable for how long they last purchased the hair last June and almost a year later and still thriving.

The hair is a great quality, and It's easy to clip in. I opted for the halo extensions and I do like them.
There is one problem though, and that is the texture of the hair. It's straight, I have curly hair. Yes, I know I can curl the hair, but it will not match the texture of my hair, and it's because of this that you can tell where my hair and the Luxy hair is on my head. It's a bit of a disappointment. I wish they'd have some curly options and not just as a ponytail.

Trish is the best customer service very professional courteous. I had an issue with my order she resolved it like a pro. I am buying from you guys again and I will refer you to my friends as well. Thanks again

Exceptional service! They really go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

I’ve worn hair extensions for years and this is the worst set I’ve ever seen. I opened up the package and saw how stringy and cheap they were. So little hair and plastic feeling. Now, they won’t refund me because they were “tampered” with a.k.a, I opened up to see the product. Please don’t bother buying from them. They’re deceptive and the price is a huge rip-off. Disappointed with this company and would highly encourage you to reconsider spending your money elsewhere.

I have super thick mixed hair and they work perfect, the color was a bit off so if your hair is black definitely get jet black over classic black

I ordered off black 220g clip in extensions. I received them, and they are so thin!!! And they look stringy at the ends. Brush them, and then 15 min later they look stringy again. 220g where!? These were almost $300 and I feel scammed and like I wasted my money. I know once you open them, they aren’t eligible for a refund but how are you supposed to see the full picture without opening them all? They look NOTHING like the listing photo!! Listing photo shows beautiful and full hair. You will NOT receive that. The band and the clips are so thick and chunky too. Thin and ugly. I’m so upset. I usually get bellami but decided to try luxy and I REGRET IT SO MUCH!!!

Excellent service. Excellent products. Customer care is amazing. I especially loved the sample of hair sent with the purchase so you can make sure the color matches your own without opening the package.

Awful customer service. I ordered a set of extensions that I was very excited to try. Almost five days later I get a note saying the item is out of stock, and that the new item taking its place can be purchased in lieu for DOUBLE the price. What!? I would have expected Luxy to honour the price of the item I had already purchased (which is identical by the way) especially considering the delay I had already faced in receiving the item. Luxy was unapologetic and unwilling to accommodate the transaction. Too bad, because I was really hoping to try this product! I had dealt with Luxy in the past twice before and always felt the quality and customer service was on point. Since moving their brand from Canada to the US customer service has clearly taken a nose dive.

Wouldn’t cancel or return payment even though it was requested 15 minutes before processing order. As “policy states” even after being a long time customer. Unfortunately will NOT be purchasing any more from here.

Luxy is the best in hair extensions. The color match is perfect. I have purchased the Halo, the seamless extensions and now I purchased the straight ponytail and now the thinning hair fill ins. Im obsessed!!!!

I absolutely love these hair extensions there beautiful soft and so easy to use this is my second time buying and I will continue to only use them everyone loves how they look when i wear them.

Do not purchase!! Weft is too heavy for the wire. Wire broke within two hours of wear. Reached out repeatedly to customer service and after the third try, they shipped a replacement wire that took two weeks to arrive. Replacement wire solved nothing. This is the most expensive halo I’ve purchased, and $90 Amazon wefts are better. The band is so thick it doesn’t blend with natural hair, and the clips just snag everything and tangle healthy hair in knots.
